So... THIS really is the single BIGGEST fear I repeatedly hear or read on comments on Boogie Bounce posts, and the REASON people often totally disregard Boogie Bounce classes as a possible fitness option for them, as they are SO WORRIED they will wet themselves. π¬ππ¦
Or they do come to class, but then totally fear drinking their water in case they are caught short! π¬ BUT here's the thing, yes, you might.... π¬π but given time it will actually STRENGTHEN your pelvic floor and with regular classes you will really notice the difference!
So please keep hydrated at class, DRINK YOUR WATER, as it is SUPER important. But please have the complete reassurance that it is totally OK to pop to the loo at ANY stage throughout the class! (And please don't feel self conscious, you won't be the only one!) And if you are still in any doubt, just wear a pad or period underwear, some dark leggings and VOILΓ.... You are good to Bounce ππ
