A Fitness Goal- is a challenge you set for yourself. Your goal should be realistic and achievable within a particular time frame, and specific to your exercise routine or training habits….. and this is where BFT Mount Gambier comes in. We know results are achievable. We know they are realistic to maintain. We are here to support and guide you and more importantly we create a community to do the same.
We have seen the results and now it’s time for you to see them too. This is your neon sign to join!
We are starting to see that sun shining and we couldn’t be happier about it. We think every BODY is beautiful regardless of the season but we all know a confidence boost is often needed so why not take this opportunity to gain just that. Winter ❄️ is upon us and we have implemented a slight change to our timetable. Friday afternoon will now have a 5.15pm time slot available. This is the only adjustment we have made for the winter months.

GCM is now partnering with to bring our meals to the BFT community.
A small selection of our meals can be purchased from the fridge at the BFT studio for members wanting to grab a tasty and convenient lunch or dinner on the go.
GCM will be supporting members during the upcoming challenge to help members level up their challenge results.
If you are a BFT member keep your eyes peeled on the closed Facebook members group for a special GCM offer to use throughout the entire month of May.

Our final awards from our 8WC 💙 we had some fantastic results by all our members but these guys stood out that little extra 🥰☺️ Coaches Choice- Cam Ortlepp 💪🏻 Now if you’ve seen this guy in the gym, you will have witnessed for yourself how much intensity and hard work he has put in and it’s certainly paid off- he’s super fit and ripped !!! We are super proud of you Cam 💙 . Rising ⭐️ has gone to the lovely Maddy Pegler 💙- Maddy has also shown great results in her progress but it’s her all round focus that we have really admired. The quiet achiever who we adore having in the studio with us.
MVP 💙 Ash Kalantarian- Ash has come leaps and bounds with her training. She is improving each and every single day with her strength and finding that confidence to really push and challenge herself. Fantastic results and it’s only the beginning…..
Last but not least our Most Consistent award went to the super determined, focused and competitive Mel Renko 💙 what a weapon she is to train with too. Always pushing her partner in each session and we love that. 41/48 🏅 (Passing husband by a couple of medals from previous challenge too 😜).
We couldn’t be prouder of all our award winners and of course all of you who gave the challenge a red hot go. Here’s to the next one 💙💪🏻💙💪🏻💙
Congratulations to our 8WC Male Runner Up… Axl VonStanke 💙 🥹. This young man has become a little brother to so many of us in the studio. We couldn’t be prouder of him and his results. He has worked so hard in the studio, his nutrition (Thanks Mum ) and above all else his mind. We have all seen the most amazing spark come back into his face and THAT is why we all love doing what we do. Sometimes it’s not about the numbers , it’s about the inside. This is only the beginning for this young man. We are all behind you mate and we are so proud of you 💙💪🏻
Congratulations to our 8WC Female Runner Up and that goes to Kim Read 💙. She’s a 5am girl with a young family. She’s a lovely soul to have the privilege to coach at that time of the morning. She’s a quiet achiever but takes guidance from the coaches and is always gives 110%. Her results certainly reflected how hard she has worked and we couldn’t be prouder. Congratulations again Kim 💙

Our 8WC Female Winner goes to Stacey Paltridge 💙 Her first challenge with us and wow did she do an amazing job.
Coming back from injury there is always hesitation in your mind but Stace certainly determined to push through. She did wonderfully with the nutrition side and was quite disciplined may I add. We are so proud of the result you achieved Stacey. Thank you for trusting us but also thank you for having belief in your ability to rise above any challenge life throws at you!!

Viv Tirabassi- The MVP. You all know her in the studio and would all agree on this one. She is an absolute delight to coach and train with. We are lucky to have her 💙. Joe Renko- Most Consistent, this guy won 39/48 gold medals during this challenge. The other being silver and one we won’t talk about LOL! Consistency was 🔑 and Joey showed us the way.💙
Rebecca Johnson- Rising Star, the first to arrive, always smiling, the quiet achiever who also showed consistency and determination. Super proud of you Bec x 💙 Nat Fox - Coaches Choice, a delight to coach. She took on board any piece of advice given, worked incredibly hard in all sessions . We loved seeing that for us PTs we too are always learning and Nat was amazing at this 💙

Noni astonishingly had her second daughter Winnie not so long ago and boy did she certainly show us what consistency, determination and nutrition can do. I don’t think I’ve seen someone stick to meal plans as well as Noni did. We are so proud of you Noni and love having you in our community

Brayden put on an incredible 5.6kg of muscle in 8 weeks! He showed such consistency with his training during this 8 week period and will be just in time to kick off the footy pre season!
