State Wave Titles update!

Hola! Swell is up, wind will be howling but unfortunately we are having to postpone the event once again 🤯. This is due to not being able to have a rescue craft available. We work closely with the local surf clubs but unfortunately this weekend there is no IRB or ski available. We value our competitors safety as priority. We hope everyone understands the dilemma and look forward to holding the event in the future!!

Hope everyone gets out in the next couple days for a shred!!

Looks like we have a pretty solid forecast to run this year's State Wave Titles down south at Goolwa with a potential to run from rose st at Middleton. We have moved the comp up to standby and await for an announcement tomorrow. 20kts SW wind with a solid swell should make it for a fun morning.

Heaps of prizes and giveaways plus prizes for best stack and Wave of the day.

Plenty of catagories to enter!

Unfortunately, we’re currently experiencing delays due to poor wind conditions. While it’s not what we were hoping for, the call is all about delivering the best and safest event possible.

Happy new years SA kiteboarding crew! We hope everyone has had a great break over Xmas and has had the chance to get out and get on the water!!

The State Wave Comp is still going ahead at Goolwa. We are still patiently waiting for the right wind conditions. Yes it's windy this weekend but unfortunately it's not the correct direction 👎

As soon as conditions line up, we’ll lock in the call and get some quality wave riding underway.

Following the government regulations with the algae bloom it is deemed safe per the app so we have decided to go ahead and hold the comp

📍 Location: SA coastline (spot confirmed based on conditions)
🏆 Divisions: Open, Women, Masters, Juniors + more
🎉 Vibes: Big airs, clean waves, good people, and the best kitesurfing energy in the state!

KSA 2025/2026 Events Calendar. Kicks off with the season opener in November where we will be giving away a brand new kiteboard just for turning up.

State Wave Titles update

Due to the resurfacing of the algae on the south coast we have decided to post pone the wave comp til the summer for everyone's health and safety. Yes it might not be there at the moment but with a stiff onshore it doesn't take much for it to rear its head again and cause some significant side effects to people's health. At the end of the day it's just a sport and we put people's health first. Stay tuned for an update over the coming months and stay safe on the water ❤️
