4 weeks into The Sculpted Pathway ⏳📈
Left was me coming off a 2.5-week holiday feeling inflamed, fluffy, inconsistent and honestly just not myself. I was sitting around 68kg.
Four weeks later, I was 66.5kg.
Looks like more, hey? That’s body composition doing its thing.
Right is 4 weeks of actually putting the Sculpted Pathway to the test. And it moved fast.

Clear the roster for starters
Most people don’t need to add more..
More workouts.
More rules.
More plans.
More pressure.
That could be totally unrealistic & unachievable leaving you even more disappointed in yourself straight of the bat.
What actually changes things is what you’re willing to take away.
The junk habits that keep you busy but not better.
The distractions that make you feel productive but lead your nowhere.

The needle-moving stuff is simple.

Much less noise will mean you have more capacity to focus.

This year’s been SO GREAT, full of travel and flip-flopping everywhere, but I think I’m finally ready to settle somewhere (at least for 6 months 😉) and lock in some serious progress.

So I found out eating less wasn’t the answer to the body I wanted..
I’d survive on salads and coffee, hating life wondering why I still felt soft and tired all the time. I really thought discipline meant restriction from everything that’s “bad” that’s what fitness looked like online, right?
It wasn’t that deep, wasn’t that hard and wasn’t that restrictive in the end. I started tracking my food and eating enough, lifting properly, and fuelling like a bloody athlete not a skinny queen.
Suddenly I wasn’t just leaner, I was stronger, sharper, way more toned & confident. My body wasn’t and isn’t now starving it is well and truely ✨thriving✨
Starving your body doesn’t make you smaller, it makes your progress smaller. *mic drop*
