We're running well for friday practice but the changes made to the kart for qually didn't really work so qualified 25th.
Race 1: 25th- 17th
Race 2: Shortened due to a crash P25 - P23

Made a few changes now which should help alot and get us further up finders crossed.

This is where it all began, bought this kart off a mate for abit of fun at the Port Lincoln Go kart Club Inc things escalated quickly onto our first race kart and meets, to now racing the countries best at the Australian Kart Championship this weekend.
We have met so many amazing people that have stuck by us and helped us out along the way from advice, working on our karts to sponsorship all of you have been amazing and we really appreciate the help. The friendships we have made over the years have been awesome so much so that when we blew our engine last weekend we have had alot of offers to use fellow racers engines this weekend.

To the JGR crew, thanks for your time and efforts over the last near on 2 years in teaching us the ropes. We aim to do you proud.

Motorsport. Hmmm the place you go to have fun and push your machinery to the edge.
Well yesterday we went to run the freshly rebuilt engine in and well its in for another rebuild. Lost all power and died.

Hopefully our builder can get it all rebuilt and back to us by thursday ready for the biggest event we have ever entered with the JGR team.

Also will have an announcement later in the week.

A little box of horsepower back from the engine builders today after a freshen up. Check the size of the piston next to the can. Only small but pushes the EKS Kart Australia kart to well over 100kph.
All the pieces of the puzzle are coming together for the Australian Kart Championship round at Southern Go Kart Club , can't wait for next friday.

Unfortunately # 22 was taken so we will be running #27 for the Australian Kart Championship in a couple of weeks at Southern Go Kart Club 16th - 18th oct. The EKS Kart Australia kart is slowly being put back together after replacing worn out bolts etc.
