This week we organised a buddy training session for students as part of Karate Australia’s Karate Against Bullying Initiative.
Buddy training reminds students that karate is not just about individual effort. It is also
about teamwork, encouragement and helping others feel included.
A strong dojo is one where every student feels welcome.

This August, our club is proud to support Australia’s Karate Against Bullying initiative. 🥋

Karate teaches more than skills on the mat. It helps students build confidence, respect, courage, self-control and resilience, values that can make a real difference at school, online and in everyday life.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing ways our students, families and local community can get involved and stand together against bullying.
