Week 14 is Choreography π―ββοΈ
Today has put together a little arm Choreography sequence.
π commence with an 8 count on each movement and then slowly break this down as follows:
π 8 count
π 6 count
π 4 count
π 2 count
π when your participants have nailed it then add on new moves.
Tips....
πrepeat and check in with your participants as you add new movements
πknow your music and bpm
πmake it fun enjoyable for everyone

Welcome to Week 13 Aqua Move of the week πͺπ»π π¦
Week 13 is Rock N Rolls
Today Adel Wayβs Fitness has put together a rock n roll combo using the wall of the pool and also options for level 1 (supported hold) level 2 (hands free)
π level 1 - supported hold with alternating leg slides
π level 2 - alternating high knees
π level 1 - supported hold jumping jacks on the wall
π level 2 - suspended jumping jacks on wall
π level 1 - supported rock n roll
π level 2 - suspended rock n roll
Tips....
πstabilize through the core to avoid hyper extension in lumbar region (lower back)
πlevel 2 ensure to keep those arms moving to support each of the moves and keep you close to the wall
πpush back those legs off the wall with your rock n roll and use your core to pull them back through.

Welcome to Week 11 Aqua Move of the week πͺπ»π π¦
Week 11 is Jumps
Today has put together four jump variations in a tabata format
π¦ Rockets - push off the floor straighten the legs and push both arms backwards.
π¦ Explosive Jacks - push off the floor extend legs and arms outwards abduction and then pull back in adduction. Feet meet grounded in centre position along with arms.
π¦ Explosive Ski's - push off the floor extend opposite legs forward/backwards and meet grounded in centre position. Arms extend forwards/backwards opposite to the legs.
π¦ Tuck Jumps - push off the floor and tuck knees in towards chest, push both arms backwards simultaneously.
Tips....
πUtilise arms throughout each to assist with propulsion
πIncorporate these moves in any format - tabata, amrap, emom, combos, circuits.
πSwitch on your core, squeeze your gluten, bend through the knees when grounding.

Week 10 is Push-up's
Today has put together push-up variations utilising a pool noodle.
π¦ two hands on pool noodle in front of body pushing towards pool floor
π¦ standing push-up's fully grounded
π¦ single leg extension each side
π¦ alternating rebounding leg extensions
π¦ Switch noodle behind back and repeat above
Tips....
πSwitch on the core muscles to assist with balance
πDemonstrate to your participants on pool deck using a pool noodle
πPerform these push-up's with or without equipment and adjust to suit your participants

Week 7 is Arms - Equipment Focus πͺπ»π₯
Today has put together a combo using the Liquid Gloves from using vertical hands & horizontal hands in various holds including - jabs, jab/cross & hooks. Initiate Arm Burn πͺπ₯
Tips....
π¦ switch on the core and stabilse feet on the pool floor
π¦ allow freedom of movement through the side obliques to assist with punches... this will also give them a little workout
π¦ be sure to cue your participants on the change between vertical & horizontal hands
π¦ keep shoulders and arms down in the water to avoid tension on the neck and jaw
π¦ Bring on the arm burn π₯πͺπ»π₯
