Day 2 of the 17th Annual East Turkistan Football tournament this year held in Sydney. Our boys truly showed the strength of the Adelaide this tournament! All boys played extremely well showing that all their hard work paid off. Score updates for day 2 are as followed:
Adelaide A Vs Adelaide B: 10:3
Adelaide B Vs Brisbane : 10:1
Adelaide A Vs Sydney:10:0
The placings for the tournament are as followed:
1st Place: Adelaide A Team 🥇
2nd Place: Adelaide B Team 🥈
3rd Place: Sydney 🥉
4th Place: Brisbane

Day 1 of the 17th Annual East Turkistan Football Tournament is done for our boys. Adelaide B team drew 2-2 with Sydney while the Adelaide A team beat Brisbane 14-1. Sydney faces Brisbane this afternoon with a couple of Junior games also on. Our Adelaide boys will be there eagerly spectating! See you all soon!

Congratulations to our junior boys for representing the Wandana Masjid (Masjid Abu Bakr As-Siddiq) and winning the Inter Masjid Soccer tournament organised by The boys played hard reaching their end goal and took the trophy home. Idres Mehman also received best juniors player of the tournament!
The day was filed with good competition and brotherhood! We eagerly wait for the next one inshallah!
Our boys are off to Sydney tomorrow for the East Turkistan Football Tournament, we wish them safe travels and the best of luck!

The East Turkistan Football Club and East Turkistan Australian Association Youth Group (POET) Presents our 7 aside Uyghur soccer tournament!!!! We ask TEAM CAPTAINS to RSVP their teams (9 players per team- 7 on the pitch and 2 subs) via instagram dm or by contacting Abduljalil on 0435124117.
If there are any individuals wanting to play but don’t have a team contact us and we will place you in a team!
You must RSVP by Thursday (10th of OCT) to secure your spot.
The tournament will be held at Valley View soccer pitch (Thomas Turner Reserve) from 11am-5pm. We will have foods and snacks available on the day to raise funds for our youth group to continue events like this. We welcome all family, friends and loved ones to attend on the day for some school holiday fun!!
