As we wrap up another year, our Strength for Life community came together to celebrate with plenty of smiles, stories, and Christmas cheer🎄

Strength for Life isn’t just a class - it’s a supportive, welcoming community where everyone shows up for themselves and for each other (and there’s never any shortage of laughter… even if it’s mostly me laughing at my own jokes).

A huge thank you to all our SFL members for an incredible year. Wishing everyone a wonderful Christmas, a restful break, and a very happy new year.

Guess how many bags it takes to be the world’s best boss?

I walk into work daily carrying:
• a blood pressure machine
• several outfit changes
• a coffee I will absolutely spill
• and zero chill

Not pictured: the snacks, the to-do list I will almost always forget, and the clients who make it all worth it.

Showing up doesn’t always look polished. Sometimes it looks like this. Messy, heavy, but still moving forward.

Save this if you’re also holding it together with caffeine and vibes!
