Transformation
Kimmy has been working with me for over a year. From never stepping foot into a gym before, we started by getting her confident in the gym and using the equipment. We slowly started working together to get her confident training by herself by following an online program to help her know what she was going into the gym to do on that day so she didn't need to think about it. Kimmy started with one session a week to now training 5 times a week by herself. She has gained so much confidence over this time and also changing her body composition.

First week back at work after maternity leave. I knew it was going to be a very big adjustment but I feel like we are slowly finding our way around everything.
Being back in the gym has been amazing, training new and old clients. From not being able to train myself when I pregnant was so hard for me. I’m now starting back as a beginner and I now know how my clients feel. We all got to start somewhere!

You are a pooping machine, a loud screamer and have the sharpest fingernails we’ve seen.. but you are a little cutie and can’t wait for this new adventure.

Maternity leave
Some of you may not know yet but I’m pregnant due in July. Now it’s time to let you all know that I will be going on maternity leave as of 28th of May.

Build Your Confidence!
Mel has currently finished her first 4 weeks of the 8 week program. Before starting she would go to the gym and do what she felt like and didn’t really have a plan in place. She came to me for help as her body wasn’t changing and she was putting in the hard work. We worked out a program that would work for her and her personal lifestyle and in just 4 weeks we have achieved this!! Can’t wait for the next 4 weeks ☺️💪🏼

Expectation Vs Reality
We all have an expectation of what we want to look like and have seen many different ways people “achieve that”.
Let’s start being honest with ourselves, there is no easy way to do anything if there was everyone would be out there achieving their desired goals.
Things take time to work nothing is going to change over night!
Start off slow and add small steps at a time. You aren’t going to see massive changes within two weeks.

Today marks 1 year starting at Derrimut!
If someone told me then I would be doing pt as a full time job I would have laughed at them! I quit my full time job after 2 months of starting as a personal trainer and I’m so glad I decided to do that.
I want to thank all my old and new clients for trusting me with their goals. I love my job working with all different women and men to achieve their goals, I wouldn’t change it at all.
Looking forward to see what another year has to hold for Chloe Paton fitness! Working on something exciting behind the scenes and can’t wait to show you all!
