Power Plate training is acceleration training. While working out on Power Plate you are recruiting more muscle fibres. After over 10 years in business I have made the hard decision to close my doors. It was not an easy decision to make and there are many reasons why.
Our last day will be Saturday the 27th of November, we are still running our normal timetable until then.

I want to thank everyone for their ongoing support. Especially over the last year. Many of you know it was a hard one business wise and personally and I wouldn't have been able to get through it without all the support. Amanda xx
