I hope you had a lovely weekend and enjoyed the gorgeous spring weather we had.

I love this blossom on our malus ioensis plena crab apple tree. So pretty! The bees definitely love it too!

I hope you can join me ļæ¼this week for practice. Please note there is no 6 pm Yang yoga class on Thursday 22nd October as I will be getting ready for our Womenā€™s Wellness Retreat weekend at the divine Twin Peaks at Mount Barker Summit. Leah and I are very excited to share this wonderful weekend with our lovely ladiesā€¦ dates for the 2027 Womenā€™s Wellness Retreat will be announced soon!!

Hi Yogis,

I hope you had a lovely weekend.

I was very lucky to become the new caretaker of these beautiful orchids when my parents in law recently downsized. The yellow orchid is absolutely stunning and so many flowers spikes.

The little white rock orchid by the yoga studio entrance that I purchased at our Cherry Gardens Garden Club continues to flower reliably each year.

Such a gorgeous time of the year with lots of flowers blooming.

Hi Yogis,

I hope you had a lovely weekend.

I was very lucky to become the new caretaker of these beautiful orchids when my parents in law recently downsized. The yellow orchid is absolutely stunning and has so many flowers spikes.

ļæ¼This combination of heat, sunshine and rain is so wonderful for the garden. I love this beautiful crab apple blossom in the chicken coop, so pretty! The bees are pretty happy with it too!!

I hope you are keeping cool on this crazy hot day!!

The other night I had a fun yoga session with the South Adelaide Netball Club Sub Juniors Team. Most of these girls had not done any yoga before. It was wonderful to see how much they enjoyed the session. I think they especially liked the relaxation at the end with the blankets, eye pillows and cushions!! Congratulations to the girls for winning their grand final, what an awesome effort!!

Please note there will be no more classes for the rest of this week as I will be in KI for my parentā€™s 60th wedding anniversary. šŸ™ megan

I am finally feeling better and back to teaching. I hope you can join me for practice this week.

We are very excited to welcome back our daughter Ella from London for two weeks. I saw this beautiful message on Facebook that i wanted to share. Iā€™m sure many parents can relate to this sentiment.

Also lovely to see Ella connect with her cousins. Was fun to find a little baby hare in the garden! Buddy was also super excited to see Ella again! šŸ™ megan

I hope you had a lovely weekend.

Spring has definitely sprung today! I love living where we do, surrounded by wonderful wildlifeā€¦. Donā€™t love it so much when the kangaroo discovers new spring shoots on my roses!!! This big boy was in no hurry to move on!

I hope you were able to get out and enjoy the lovely sunshine yesterday?

I always enjoy my walk with buddy, stopping to notice the wonders of nature. I love the colour of this moss and the patterns of the lichen. Supposedly they both reflect good air quality and a healthy environment so thatā€™s good to know!
