I was a little worried about sharing this video because I didn’t want it to reflect on me as not feeling comfortable or confident in my skills and abilities.

It’s actually quite the opposite.

My nerves come from caring deeply about you and the experience I create for you. 🥰

And the older I get, the more I realise that nerves aren’t always a bad thing.

Often they’re a reflection of care, passion and the importance we place on something.

And after so many conversations with my clients over the years (including this week), I’ve learned that we’re usually all carrying a few butterflies into new experiences. 🦋

Whether that’s reaching out for support, trying something new or stepping outside our comfort zone.

Maybe that’s just part of being human. ❤️

I wanted to share this with you because it’s easy to think you’re the only one feeling those butterflies, when often I’m feeling them too, just perhaps in different ways. 🥰 xx

A gentle reminder to the women who keep putting themselves last.

Your needs matter too. 🙌🏻

You don’t have to wait until everything else is taken care of before you give yourself permission to prioritise you. 😘

“The beauty of you is how you wear who you are.”

I came across this quote recently and loved it because it captures so much of what personal style means to me. 😌

When I look back through these outfits, I don’t just see clothes.

I see pieces that feel like me.
Colours that make me happy.
Prints I genuinely enjoy wearing.
Combinations that feel comfortable, expressive and easy to reach for.

The reason I felt good in every one of these outfits wasn’t because they were trendy or perfect.

It was because they reflected who I am. 🥰

I think that’s what personal style is really about.

Not trying to dress like someone else.
Not keeping up with every trend.
Not wearing something simply because it’s considered fashionable.

It’s about finding the colours, shapes, textures and pieces that feel like an extension of you.

Because confidence has a funny way of showing up when you’re wearing something that feels authentic.

And that’s why personal style matters. 🙌🏻

Not because of how it looks to everyone else, but because of how it makes you feel. 💥

I’d love to know, when you feel most like yourself, what are you wearing? Xx 🩷

One of the biggest misconceptions I often hear about working with a stylist is that we simply take you shopping and tell you what to buy. 😅

But truthfully, each of my clients receives a completely different experience because every client has different goals, different lifestyles and different wardrobe and style challenges.

Before we worked together, my client told me she had plenty of clothes but found herself wearing the same 10% on repeat (which is actually very common).

She wanted to elevate her outfits, create better capsule options and understand which colours and styles suited her best.

So rather than shopping for more clothes, we went in with a plan.

👉🏻 We did a zoom call and put a shopping list together
👉🏻 Focused on finding pieces that aligned with her personalised colour swatch, and
👉🏻 Chose styles that suited her lifestyle and worked seamlessly back with what she already owned.

My goal when we work with together isn’t to fill your wardrobe with trending pieces that only last you a season.

It’s to build a wardrobe with longevity that reflects your unique style.

A wardrobe that makes getting dressed easier each morning.

A wardrobe that gives you confidence when you walk into a room.

And judging by the feedback she sent me after wearing her new pieces to a work dinner, I’d say we achieved exactly that. 💥

Because when you’re wearing colours that give you the WOW factor, styles that work for your body shape and pieces you feel fabulous in, there’s a confidence that comes with that.

And people notice. 👀

And most importantly, you notice the difference in how you feel.

The women I work with rarely need an entirely new wardrobe.

Most just need the right tools, a little guidance and support and a clearer understanding of what works for them.

If you’d like some help creating a wardrobe that feels easier to wear, more intentional and more reflective of who you are, send me a DM and let’s explore what that could look like for you.

It would be a pleasure to help you. 🥰

If you’ve ever wanted to work with a stylist who can help you create everyday outfits you genuinely love wearing, while also encouraging you to explore colours you may have never considered for yourself, I’d love to help. 🤗

Inside the Style Starter, one of the first things we do is your personalised colour analysis, which forms the foundation for everything else we explore together.

It gives you the confidence to move beyond black or neutrals you’ve always relied on and discover new colours that work beautifully for you. 🙌🏻

We’ll also explore:
✨ Your colours and how to wear them with confidence
✨ The silhouettes and proportions that work best for your body shape
✨ Your personal style and how you want to express it through your clothing and
✨ How to create a wardrobe that feels more cohesive, intentional and easy to wear.

My goal isn’t to change your style.

It’s to give you the tools, understanding and confidence to embrace who you are, express it through what you wear and make getting dressed feel so much easier. 🥳

If that sounds like exactly what you’ve been looking for, send me a DM.

I’d love to help you. 🥰

Last year, my client Sarah invested in herself after a huge year of family health challenges.

She’d been “on” for so long taking care of everything and everyone around her that her wardrobe had become just another source of stress and mental load. 😵‍💫

So together, we simplified her wardrobe, created so many new outfits, brought clarity to her style and helped her feel excited about getting dressed again.

And recently, she came back for another Shop and Style session because she wanted to continue building on that momentum heading into Autumn/Winter. 🙌🏻

We weren’t starting from scratch.
We weren’t panic buying random pieces trying to “fix” her wardrobe.
And we weren’t overwhelmed trying to make disconnected items work together.

Instead, we were intentionally building on what we had already created together last year. 😌

And THIS is what I want you to see…

That when you have the right support and strong foundations already in place, shopping and getting dressed no longer has to feel so stressful and mentally exhausting.

We added beautiful new Autumn/Winter pieces that worked seamlessly back with her wardrobe, suited her lifestyle and felt aligned with who she is.

Swipe to see some of the beautiful Autumn/Winter outfits we created together this time around. 👉🏻

One of my favourite things about working with returning clients is seeing how much lighter, calmer and more exciting the process feels for you over time.

Because instead of carrying all of the decision-making, overwhelm and mental load alone, you have my support. 🥰

You have a plan. You have clarity. And you have me helping you thoughtfully build a wardrobe that works.

This is why I do what I do.

Not just to help you buy clothes, but to help you feel supported, confident and genuinely excited about your wardrobe and style long after our sessions together. 😍

🙌🏻 So, like Sarah, if you’d love more clarity, support and less stress with your wardrobe heading into Winter, send me a DM and let’s chat because I’d love to support you too. 🩷
