Client spotlight! (Shali) Her story:👇
Shali has been working with us for 7 months now with our trainer
Despite her crazy work schedule she still manages to get in her sessions with me weekly.
Rain or shine, sick or healthy, tired or energised, feeling it or not, she sticks to her plan time and time again.
If you want to look at the perfect role model for consistency and dedication, look no further than Shali.
Her tremendous work ethic and never say never mentality is the reason she’s where she’s at now 💪
Shali’s ultimate goal is to get into the police.
Getting in shape for the police requires a few tests including: beep test, push up, plank, agility test, grip test etc.
We attack sessions around this multiple times/week to ensure she is improving these scores.
Her weekly routine consists of:
3-4 strength & conditioning sessions x45 mins🏋️♂️
1-2 walks x20-30 mins🚶♀️
Her beep test score is currently at 6.2 which is a major improvement! The recent test was with the rhino virus… absolute dedication!
10 push ups is now an easy pass which months ago was not even possible to complete 5…
Some other goals were to lose weight and gain some muscle definition around legs and arms.
This is something we have managed to achieve along the way too.
Things we did to achieve the above result includes:
Hitting her workouts 🚶♀️
Hitting her daily step count 🚶♀️
High protein diet 🥓
Despite her hating the majority of our workouts she understands the end goal.
You don’t have to enjoy it all but you enjoy the result. Crave the result so intensely that the work is irrelevant.
This is something I’ve found she lives by.
Along the way we have become dearest friends.
I cannot wait for 2026 to keep pushing her & seeing her improve day in and day out.
