A medium paced Vinyasa yoga set to the soothing tropical rhythms of Brazilian Bossa Nova music (which is not the music used in the clip below 😉)

We are excited to announce that we are moving studios and taking up residence with our good friends at Southern Salsa in their gorgeous newly renovated city studio: 149 Waymouth St, Adelaide. On Light Square above The Pearl. All our samba classes will relocate to this fabulous new venue. Our Zumba class will remain at the Sturt St Community School. Stay tuned for class details coming soon. New Beginner Samba classes starting this coming Tuesday 3rd March at 6.15pm. 😊💃🏾
