At the MatLab,
We operate a Technique Theme Class Structure in which we study an Evolving Concept using a host of learning tools starting with Base Objective Explaination and Clear Technical Instruction.
This is then supported by Team Experimentation and Problem Solve Reporting utilising full resistance Trial & Error Specfic Training.

The process takes place in a three week Technical Build Phase acompanied by a one week Revision Period.
On Revision week; Observations of best practices for Individual Athletes becomes the major focus and the emphasis shifts from acquisition, to application, of the new ideas.

The achieved outcome is an updated and sound understanding across all covered areas as a Team as well as clear individual pathways that utilise the lessons learned for personal progression.

Student Progress is our Major Focus and Priority Responsibility. If you commit to us, we commit to you.

We look forward to working with you 🤝
