This is nothing we haven't heard before but be careful as a lot of processed foods are labled healthy!

What an amazing achievement!

Thank you to all who chipped in.

Well done everyone. 🙏

To our amazing EFM Community we say a HUGE thank you for getting behind our clubs taking part in the 2026 Great Cycle Challenge.

Yesterday alone, together we raised almost $17k for Kids Cancer and there is still plenty of October still remaining.

To the members in the clubs pedalling their legs off, you are true team players and we thank you for all your support!

With over 3 weeks still to go in this year's challenge, we are excited to see how much more we can achieve across our EFM family!
