Someone who started as a client 5 years ago!! Jimmy was all strength and power, wasn’t running, wasn’t doing any hybrid training, till one day he decided to make the change and commit to better his life and others.

Fast forward to today and he now lives and breathes being the all round athlete 🏃🏽‍♂️🏋🏽
