🏃‍♀️💚💛 SAC COMMUNITY UPDATE 💛💚🏃‍♂️

Welcome to our weekly update — your place to catch up on everything happening at Salisbury Athletics Club and in our community. 💚💛

🍌 HEADS UP — NO BANANAS THIS WEEK
Unfortunately we won't have bananas from Coles this week, and this may continue until November. Please remember to bring your own snacks or come and support our BBQ this Saturday! 🍳🔥

🕊️ IN MEMORY OF JOHN WALTER — LIFE MEMBER

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of John Walter, Life Member of Salisbury Athletics Club, who sadly left us on Wednesday, 14 October.

John was a devoted family man — a loving husband to his beautiful wife Sandy and a proud father to their four strapping boys. A former athlete, John carried strength and determination throughout his life, but it was his beautiful soul and love for his family that truly defined him.

He was a man taken far too soon, leaving behind a family who adored him and a void that can never truly be filled. Our hearts go out to Sandy, their boys, and all of John's family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. 💚

In John's honour, Salisbury Athletics Club will be making a donation to the Kidney Foundation in his name.

Forever loved, forever remembered, and never forgotten.

🕊️ Vale John Walter 🕊️
