Sensei Adrian is on leave and so there will be no training on Sunday 19th and 26 October, and also 2nd November as he is competing in the Boxing State Titles. See you back on Sunday 9th.

Element is moving Gym tomorrow so we are going to train at T.J. Smith's Premier Boxing Gym at 35 West St, Brompton SA 5007. Warmup from 8.30-9.00. Sparring for Callum 9.00-10.00. Gym close after that but likely bunkai outside/in a nearby park.

Great find of usage of the Sepai armbar in a BJJ comp. Very unlikely to ever get a tap as it is easy to escape but neat trick to throw something exotic and low percentage

Clickbaity title, but reasonable observations about the evolution of karate. TL;DR: practice against resisting opponents in challenging formats.
He also missed out on noting the cardio and conditioning difference between point sparring and full contact.
