Last night, I drew this for my girls and we talked about the mountains that stand between who we are and who we want to be.

Mountains can be fear, doubt, anxiety, bad thoughts, etc. The key is to see and name the mountains in our way, get energized by seeing yourself on the other side, then do the work required to climb the mountain and get there.

Great Night at the Reynella South Australian Athletic League event. I managed fourth in the 120m and Won the u14 400m.
The Running Coaching - Grange Track Squad managed to come away with 4 sashes for the night. Well done everyone

Big weekend of basketball ended with a bang. The swelling is down and now going through the many shades in the eyeshadow palette ( bruising).
Taking it easy as per doctors orders, hoping to be able to run by end of week, ruling out fractures first.😢
Might have to invest in face guards for basketball 🏀 😂😂
