My client shea has dropped 20kg since we have started working together

What we focused on was just aiming for consistency with his training aiming for 2 sometimes 3 sessions per week

When it came to nutrition we only made minor changes that suited his lifestyle and what he saw was doable while aiming for a slight calorie deficit.

Often less is easy to manage than give him 10+ changes to make all at once
