🤩Thank you to Benefitness & Health Centre for providing a great gym studio for me to run Fitness and Box Fit for local Kids and Teens.

🤩Thank you to the parents for brining you children and teens along for a great workout and lots of fun. It was great meeting you all and getting to know you.

🤩The Kids/Teens smashed out a functional training session and had an introduction to Boxing for exercise.

🤩We have created FREE Come and Try EVENTS on our AUS FIT page that you can simply click "GOING" and your in!


🏋️‍♀️Programs will be held at 341 Hancock Road, Fairview Park, in Studio 1 at Benefitness & Health Centre


💌We have an Open Invitation to all Kids and Teens between 5-16 years.


😁This is an All-Inclusive program. AUS FIT offers tailored programs for all kids and teens.


👉Regular weekly sessions will be starting in Term 2 so this is a great opportunity to have peace of mind that your child/ren will LOVE being a part of this incredible program, promoting Strong Bodies and Strong Minds through our Fun Fitness and Well-being programs.

Ausfit to return in Term 2 2023! 😍

We are super excited that Ausfit classes will start from May 1 at our new home, Arena42 🤩

Keep up to date on this amazing new facility which will play host to Ausfit and all the sports and entertainment fun that you can handle by following our page.
