As we come to the end of this beautiful weekend, we would like to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who made Tango Poema so special.

Thank you to all our wonderful teachers and DJs for sharing your knowledge, music, passion, and energy with us throughout the festival. Nadim & Rina, Wendy, Rushdy, Shang and Mark.

A huge thank you to our volunteers and hosts — Larry Owens, Eva Smyth, Liz Raschella Eriksson and Raphael — for all your hard work behind the scenes. Events like this are only possible because of people who generously give their time and care to the community.

A special thank you to Sonia, who created the decorations and the beautiful atmosphere throughout the festival. She spent countless hours working behind the scenes, and we truly appreciate all your effort and dedication.

And a very special thank our partners to Vero and Cam, who dedicated the entire weekend to running the festival. Your commitment, hard work, and love for tango created something truly memorable for all of us.

To all the dancers who travelled from near and far, thank you for being here, and for embracing every dance, every conversation, and every moment together.

Tango gives us so much more than dancing. It teaches us listening, focus, connection, and balance. Through tango, we make new friends, discover new places, and travel to countries and communities we may never have known otherwise.
