Three years ago, to this day, I was sitting in one of the darkest days of my (then) 17 years of life. The first page of a chapter I never imagined would be my new reality.
After the first of 2 failed heart procedures, I was told that exercise and sport (the things that had always been a part of who I was) might never be the same again. I was told that if I wanted to stay active, daily medication was inevitably my future.
I remember the fear. The uncertainty. The confusion. The “why me?”. The grief of feeling like I was losing a part of myself.
There were moments where I didn’t recognise the person staring back at me. Moments where I wondered what my future would look like and whether I would ever feel like myself again.
But life has a funny way of showing us just how strong we really are.
Today, three years later, I stand here preparing to open my own wellness and training space.
Not because the journey was easy.
Not because I never doubted myself.
But because I refused to let my hardest chapter become my whole story.
Every setback taught me resilience. Every challenge taught me gratitude. Every small step forward became proof that even when life feels impossible, growth is still happening.
This space is so much more than a “gym” to me.
It’s a reminder that people are capable of rebuilding themselves.
It’s a place for those who have lost confidence, lost motivation, lost belief in themselves, and are ready to find it again.
A community where we create habits, change lifestyles together, and learn to be proud of the person we see in the mirror, not just because of how we look, but because of everything we’ve overcome to get there. The best version of you.
If my story has taught me anything, it’s that strength isn’t measured by how much weight you can lift. It’s measured by your resilience, your ability to keep going when life gives you every reason to stop.
I cannot wait to continue changing lives through fitness, movement, and wellness, together.
Because sometimes the strongest thing a person can do is, simply, begin again.
Vital Strength & Wellness.
You are worth the effort
Opening 28/06/2026.
See you there. 🤍
