It is so brilliant to be heading into the new 2026/27 Little Aths season with our major partners Hove Maccas, Pod Fit Podiatry and Physio Fit

All the fun of running, jumping and throwing is a magnificent combination with enjoying some Maccas at Hove in our downtime, and ensuring our athletes keep in best performance with regular check ups with pod fit podiatry and Physio Fit.

Little Aths has a wonderful specialised program specifically designed for 3-5 year olds to enhance their fitness, cognition, coordination and social skills!! It s a perfect place to start.
