Emily - For leading by example in every warm up and is a great role model for the team. Her positive attitude and dedication shows in all trainings.

Aiisha - For overcoming fear after coming back from injury and getting back into flying with beautiful technique.
Ellie - For always taking on feedback incredibly well and applying it straight away. She consistently pushes herself to improve and achieve her best.

Our trainee coaches are constantly learning, growing and developing their skills, and we are so proud of the dedication and effort they bring to Blitz each week.

From supporting classes and helping athletes build confidence, to stepping up wherever needed, their willingness to learn and contribute does not go unnoticed.

Their passion, commitment and growing leadership is something we value so deeply.
