A small moment to notice.
In this short practice, Stacey guides us through breath, attention, and the quiet but constant voice in the mind. The one narrating, judging, planning, replaying.
So much of yoga happens beyond shapes and stretches. It is learning to recognise our patterns, our reactions, and the ways we relate to ourselves.
Our upcoming workshop explores exactly this relationship between body, mind, nervous system and awareness — through movement, reflection and practical tools grounded in both yoga and psychology.

Five incredible years.
Little snippets of Jeeva over the years, and the people who have supported it. I have so many more photos, but trying to sift through 5,647 pictures of the puppies is proving very distracting.
Thank you to all the wonderful people who have walked through the doors, rolled out a mat, and shared a practice here.
It also happens to be International Women’s Day today, but at Jeeva we celebrate everyone who walks into the space.

We welcome Alison to the Jeeva Yoga teaching team. Here is a little more about her in her words:
I did a bit of Yoga growing up, but really started practicing when I began working at my Mum's yoga studio. I trained as a Ta***ic Hatha Yoga teacher where a deep passion and connection to yoga formed, and my practice developed from there.
I have been teaching for 4 years now and am always seeking to expand my knowledge, so I more recently became a Holistic Counsellor, enabling me to bring these teachings into a therapeutic space. My classes are rooted in ancient philosophy, traditional teachings and somatic healing, I hope to deepen your awareness and connection to your Self through my classes, with intentional sequences that guide you inward to remember who you truly are.
Alison will be teaching Unwind and Restore Tuesdays at 4.30pm.

With gratitude for Baillie.
A calm, grounding teacher whose classes will be missed.
We wish her all the best for her next chapter overseas.
Final class this Wednesday make sure you book in!

This class is about slowing things down enough to understand what’s actually happening.
By focusing on one joint or movement at a time, we notice patterns — where we work too hard, where we avoid, and how movement can be shared more evenly.
06/01/2026
This is an 8-week progressive block.
We repeat key movements, build gradually, and allow the body time to adapt. Strength here is used to support mobility, joint health and long-term practice — not to exhaust or perform.
If you’ve felt unsure where strength fits into yoga, this is a good place to begin.
Starts tonight at 6pm.
