At Gain Momentum Pilates, I help people to move more efficiently, so they can become stronger, more flexible and able to do more of the things in their lives that they wish to. I was suffering from chronic pain after a car accident injured my neck and shoulder. ​​

Busy behind the scenes over here 👩‍💻✨

This video is a little glimpse into what I’ve been working hard on lately — getting everything ready for our brand new booking system to go live this week!

There have been lots of late nights, double-checking details, transferring information, and trying to think ahead to make the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible for all of you.

Running a small business often means wearing all the hats, but I’m really hopeful that once everything is up and running, it will create a much easier experience for everyone when it comes to bookings, payments, cancellations, and rescheduling.

Thank you all so much for your patience, support, and understanding while I navigate this big change behind the scenes 💛

To all the mums out there, you owe it to yourself to think positively. If there's something you want to change, don't speak or think about what's so bad about it now. Think and talk about how you're going to change it. How you actually want it to be. It may take a while, but it'll come to you. Ask and the Universe will answer. 🙌

When you need to take a break from your screen, if the weather's good, get outside, move your body. Just do what you feel (and play with a pet, if you have one). It's amazing how some fresh air, some sunshine and moving can do for your mood and any sensation of pain or stiffness. Give it a go, put a reminder on your calendar, so it buzzes you until you actually do it and switch it off. Comment below, or send me a DM. I love hearing what works for you. Ever grateful. 🧘
