Such a privilege to create this for everyone to enjoy!

Mr 9 has been asking for lasagna this past week - and of course on my day off it’s a lovely 35 degrees!
The joy of the Thermomix means I’m not standing over the pan stirring the mince as it cooks... I can simply follow the guided cooking and get other stuff done while the stirring and hot work is done for me!

Then I just need to assemble it and chuck it all in the oven while I go and mow the lawn before the day gets too hot!!!

I think he should be happy!

Well it’s been two weeks in the new house and I am FINALLY unpacking my TM5!

LCHF coffee cupcakes are in the oven, and before I make the frosting I figured a batch of keto caramel custard was on the cards (especially after finding some 80% off cream).
