With a very heavy heart and a lot of emotion, I’m sharing some news that has been incredibly difficult for me to make.

After an amazing journey from 2011 until today, the time has come for me to close the doors on Sue’s Personal Fitness.

This business has been so much more than just a job to me. For all these years, I have had the absolute privilege of being part of so many people’s health and wellbeing journeys. I have watched you grow stronger, overcome challenges, achieve goals, and become the best versions of yourselves.

I want to say the biggest THANK YOU to every single one of my clients for your commitment, your trust, your support and, most importantly, for allowing me to be a small part of your lives. ❤️

Over the years, I have gained something I never expected when I first started in 2011 — some truly beautiful friendships. Many of you started as clients and have become friends, and for that I will be forever grateful.

Closing something that has been such a huge part of my life for so many years is incredibly emotional, but I know that sometimes we have to close one chapter to begin another.

I will always look back on Sue’s Personal Fitness with an incredibly full heart and so many wonderful memories.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
For every session, every laugh, every challenge, every conversation and every moment shared.

You have all meant so much to me, and I will never forget the incredible people who have been part of this journey. ❤️
