😢🎾Passing of our Life Member
The family of Lyndall Malcolm would like to notify current and past members of Morphett Vale Tennis Club of her passing.
🎾Lyndall was a dedicated and much-loved member of the club from the 1970s through to the 2010s. Over those decades, she gave generously of her time and energy, including running night tennis twice a week, serving as Junior Manager, coaching junior players, and helping to organise and run the annual junior tournament throughout the 1990s and early 2000s.
🎾Tennis was an important part of Lyndall’s life, and the friendships and community she found through the club meant a great deal to her.
🎾Friends, and club members are warmly invited to attend a celebration of Lyndall’s life at Thaxted Park Golf Course on 19th of January, arriving at 1:00 pm for a 1:30 pm start.
🎾The Lyndall's family would be honoured to share this time of remembrance with those who knew her through the club.

for 3 week tennis program for kids who are new to tennis and/or would like to have some fun hitting tennis or perhaps they came to one of our Carnivals recently & would like to play more.😍🎾

🥳🤩🎾Hot Shots CARNIVALS 2025
This year we had 2 Hot Shots Tennis Carnivals. Year 3 & 4 students from Catholic Schools came to our courts on 24/10/2025. Then on 7/11/2025 Year 3 & 4 from Adelaide South East District schools (private & public) arrived to have a go at Hot Shots. Over all around 500 children played tennis to music for nearly 4 hours! And most of them never played tennis before! This kept our Canteen volunteers busy during breaks serving ice blocks, drinks snacks & BBQ sausages at lunch time. BIG THANK YOU to all the parents that helped to make these 2 days of festivities enjoyable - Alan on BBQ, Sandra, Jana, Lauren, Zoe & Jean in the canteen. The festive decoration was made possible by Carmen, Maria, Lauren, Cherie, Penny, Ronald, Alan & Jana. Lucky the balloons' making machines did all the blowing🌬 on Thursdays (day before Carnivals), and the weather was calm on both days.🌞😍 Thank you to Tennis SA for organising these fun Carnivals.🤩🎾

For 6 weeks our club donated our courts for Onkaparinga North SAPSASA Tennis Practice. We wish them well in the Tennis SAPSASA State Carnival 2025.🤩🎾
