What a game of cricket we had today, not only we had a super over to decide the match but 2 super over were played to get an outcome where Adelaide Blues Cricket Club emerged as a winner from a nail biter game against VXL All Stars. With a breathtaking display of power and precision from Suran Majhi , an innings of the highest quality, taking the game away from the opposition with relentless stroke play. From the moment he found his rhythm, boundaries flowed freely as he punished anything loose and effortlessly cleared the ropes with clean, explosive hitting and combining elegance with aggression and also named the man of match from today’s game.

With that we are into the finals and will be playing against Red Rhinos on the 6/06/2026 to conclude Bajra Super Cup 2.

What a fantastic way to end our season and celebrate our Club Jersey Presentation. What an incredible celebration of sport, community, and continuity of this annual tournament of ours. The 7th Bhutanese National Cricket Tournament, held in Adelaide over 22nd of Jan to 24th of Jan, 2026, brought together players, families, and supporters from across Australia in a fantastic display of passion for the game.

This year’s tournament featured thrilling matches filled with competitive spirit and exceptional sportsmanship. Teams battled it out across Adelaide’s cricket grounds, showcasing the depth of cricket talent within the Bhutanese community.

From the opening ceremony to the championship final, the event brought together diverse communities to celebrate cricket, friendship, and cultural pride.
