Gymnastics SA Gymnastics SA - The Home of Fundamental Movement Gymnastics South Australia enriching lives through Gymnastics.

The mission of Gymnastics South Australia is to promote and encourage the development of all gymnastic programs in South Australia

The primary objectives of Gymnastics SA in accordance with its Constitution are to:
• Improve the quality of services and programs to our existing members
• Promote and encourage the development of all gymnastic programs in South Australia
• Increase the number of participants in SA
• Develop a market-oriented philosophy throughout the Association
• Sanction and/or coordinate all gymnastic activities, programs and events in South Australia
• Maintain a register of members from all affiliated clubs
• Establish a financial base to ensure the long-term security of the Association

The draft 2027 Gymnastics SA Event & Education Calendar is now available, giving gymnasts, families, clubs, coaches and judges a first look at the year ahead.
From State Championships and competitions to coach and judge education, there’s plenty to plan for across our gymnastics community.

đź’šđź’› Carrying the torch and making South Australia proud!

Samuel Haley has had a memorable start to the 2026 Special Olympics Australia National Games in Melbourne, alongside coach Nicky Walker.

Selected as South Australia’s torchbearer for the Opening Ceremony, Sam helped mark a special occasion as Special Olympics Australia celebrates 50 years.

He then followed it up with first place in Level 4 Artistic Gymnastics on Tuesday, 20 October! 🥇

Sam is now preparing for Thursday’s finals, with our gymnastics community cheering him on.

Club Visit | Seacliff Aerobics Gymnastics đź’™

On Saturday 17 October, GSA was invited to visit Seacliff Aerobics Gymnastics and attend a fantastic workshop with Georgie from Kinetic Connections.

Georgie shared valuable tools and strategies with Seacliff’s athletes and coaches to help them thrive in sport, school and life through youth and athlete mentoring.
It was wonderful to see the athletes and coaches actively participating in and enjoying the workshop! 🙌

Laura also had the opportunity to stay and watch the squad train, seeing the athletes in action and learning more about their training sessions.

A big thank you to Seacliff Aerobics Gymnastics for the invitation and for welcoming GSA to be part of such a valuable experience! đź’™

Seven South Australian athletes are heading to Nanjing this November! đź’šđź’›

Congratulations to Jedd Hudson, Katerina Goranova, Ruby Kerrison, Everlie Pressler, Misha Colebrook, Chelsea Testi and Lillian Giustozzi, who will compete at the Trampoline & Tumbling World Age Group Competitions and Junior World Championships in China from 12 to 15 November.

Club visit to Holdfast Bay Rhythmic Gymnastics Club đź’™

On Saturday 10 October, we visited Holdfast Bay Rhythmic Gymnastics Club for their Levels 1-4 Invitationals!

It was a fantastic opportunity for our junior athletes to gain experience, build confidence and enjoy competing alongside gymnasts from other clubs.

It was also wonderful to see so many clubs coming together to support and celebrate our young gymnasts.

Holdfast Bay Rhythmic Gymnastics Club runs classes for children aged 5 years and up, after school every weekday except Wednesdays.
