If you’re a season campaigner you will understand how rewarding our ESD sessions are.
ESD isn’t just random movements that look to elevate your heart rate. ESD is specifically designed to improve your work capacity and build your Aerobic Power, meaning you will be able to work harder for longer.
ESD is specially designed and calculated through Max Aerobic Speed (MAS), allowing us to work to specific numbers and measure load, volume and improvement. These session are completed on either the Ski, Row, Bike Erg, an Air Bike or completed on foot by running.
These session are hard by design, yet can be the most rewarding thing you will do all week

Additionally, if the support alleviates knee valgus, poor pelvic control, or hip pain, it may indicate a need for improved hip rotation, glute control, or pelvic stability—issues that can also impact knee and ankle pain during running.
A 98 coach can use these observations to identify and address your performance limitations, helping you improve and progress with each session.
