WEIGHTS OVER CARDIO!
The reason Saturdays bootcamp is FUN is because its NOT a cardio circuit!!
Its heavy lifting in a group!
You want to build your physique in a class?
Thats what we do every Saturday!
Thats why my clients transformations are faster and more dramatic!
And i dont get my clients doing boring cardio and things that i dont actually do! 💪🫶

The truth is, your not "lazy"
You have a bad attitude to training.
Your defensive instead of offensive.
You bail on the small things that you think are pointless and theyre not.
You think its complicated because social media fitness marketing and fitness articles harp on minor details of training and nutrition that are irrelevent to 98% of the population.
You worry you will look stupid because women online look put together in the gym.
You worry every workout feels like s**t forever, and it shouldnt be this way.
HELLO!! WORKING OUT IS PLAY!
Ita for you to learn about yourself, your flexibility, stengths, weaknesses.
And mostly, just putting on music and not thinking about the dishes and school emails 🙄
If you are not sure where to start and you want to enjoy fitness.
Here are a few pointers...
-music.. even the silly stuff, whatever relaxes you, or hypes you!
-fresh gym clothes/make up etc
so u feel good!
Watch and copy people at the gym
Until you understand what movements do what.
Or get an awesome trainer to teach you movements, strategies, motivational and mindset techniques!
And please remember... YOU ARE BUILT FOR THIS AND NO ONE IS BETTER THAN YOU!
Practicing have a glass half full mindset about evrrything u dread in life, makes you nail the very thing u cant stand!
Working out has become a battle i crave, i go to war in the gym.
Mentally, i could indeed be at war, in the olympics haha nothing subtle about me!
No body achieved anything amazing accidently!
Oppurtunities you dread, someone else is frothing over and are 5 steps ahead of you.
Just because they had a better attitude!
