EXTREME HEAT NOTICE 🔥
Due to the extreme weather forecast tomorrow, all classes will be cancelled as a safety precaution.
While the gym is air-conditioned, extreme heat can still increase health risks during group training.
Your safety always comes first.
The gym will remain open for individual training.
Please stay hydrated, train smart, and listen to your body.
Classes resume as normal the following day

Extreme Heat – Class Cancellation Notice 🌡️
Due to the extreme heat forecast, Healthworks Marden will be cancelling all classes on Wednesday and Thursday to ensure the safety of our members and trainers.
The gym will remain open 24/7 for normal access. If you’re training during this heat, please take it easy, stay well hydrated, and listen to your body.
Classes will resume as normal once temperatures drop.
