One of the most amazing transformations I see in my students is in the way they do Waves.
It's not even about the fact that they've nailed the move.
It's so much more: when I see them doing it, I’m seeing their spine begin to articulate in the softest way - like a pearl necklace moving in a perfect ripple;
the intercostals soften, allowing the chest to expand more freely;
the hips release old stiffness, the shoulders drop ❕ — and the whole body starts to move like warm water instead of feeling stuck.
It’s a quiet transformation… but it shows in every step ... and something peaceful settles into their movement.
