This weekend we head to Murray Bridge Speedway doing double duty in our LS sprintcar and our s23 wingless.

Bucket list type stuff.

Ran 3rd last night at NAPA Speedway Sprintcars in the City. Stiff competition here and plenty of action in bullring just the way I like it. We back tonight for two heats a feature race keen to go 2 steps better on the podium.

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐔𝐬 & 𝐒𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐜𝐚𝐫 𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠.

First night back in a sprintcar after a few years, ok, maybe nearly 8yrs, but I digress, we had a great night. Heat 1 started 4th and moved forward to finish 3rd, made a few changes for heat two, started off the front row and capitalised to grab the win, ripping a 12.902 lap time along the way. A few more changes for the 20lap feature were made, where the heat win gave us a front row start. Had some great battles in that 20 laps and it would have been cool to go green to checker and really let lap traffic come into play, but a 4th place against 3 of the best in the state is nothing to sneeze at on the first night out.

I'd like to thank Sprintcars SA/360- LS Sprintcars SA committee for their work behind the scenes to help get 360LS racing back and happening in the state - thanks for having us Murray Bridge Speedway. Having 6 new cars in the state is nothing but positive all round for Sprintcar racing in South Australia.

As for our JM23 LS package, we couldn't be happier with its first night out.

Swept the weekend in the GRD/CP3X hardwyer midget, finishing a worst result of 2nd in a heat race, lead all feature laps. Unreal effort by the team, allowed me to move around and search on 2 different prepared tracks! Credit to the team who gel so well together, Thankyou! JM

SA’s own Jack McCarthy makes it two from two, claiming the Blackjack round two feature from Zoe Pearce and Melissa Crouch!
