The week started off a bit gloomy 🌧️and finished in beautiful winter ☀️ at the 2026 SAUCNA junior carnival.

We had 13! teams represent Norwood this year from 8U to 17U and it was a great carnival of friendships and playing the game we love. 🥰

Well done to all teams - everyone cracked a win and we had some medal winners with our two 9U teams winning🥇and our 11U/3, 13U/8 and 15/4 all runners up 🥈

And amazing week by all the support crews - thank you to our fantastic coaches, scorers and cheer squads!

Thank you to the SAUCNA organising committee - another excellent carnival - we can’t wait until 2027!!

Last night our Premier League team defeated Matrics Netball Club by 5 goals! It was a fantastic win and our girls were definitely excited ❤️💙

Our Reserves team were defeated by 17 goals, but put up a great fight.

Good luck to our inaugural M-League team who will play their final match against Garville Netball Club tonight at 6:30pm tonight.👏👏

Looking to add another win to tally (4 wins so far!), they have really relished the opportunity to represent Norwood and have shown great commitment and improvement from Round 1!! 💪🏻🏐

Many thanks to Coach John, Assist Coach Sucre and Team Manager Filip for their hard work over the last few months! Also a big thank you to all the fantastic fill ins and everyone who has supported them courtside this year!! 🥰

We are really proud how far the group has come and are looking forward to seeing these legends progress further when we start the SAMMNA (South Australian Men's & Mixed Netball Association) Super League Reserves season in September!! 🤩

Wednesday 15 July will be the last opportunity to Pre-Order items until the Summer trials.

If items are AVAILABLE to purchase, you can buy them and they will be available to pick up at the next Tuesday night training (keep an eye on school holiday opening hours).

If your item is a PRE-ORDER - you MUST complete the order by Wednesday 15 July to receive it before the end of Winter Season.

Any pre-orders after this date will be placed with any Summer Season orders from trials (late August) and may not be ready until early October).
