Race 2 of the Maxispan Truecore Winter Series was held on Sunday with a Windward/Leeward course. Winds were variable from 10kts to gusts of 22kts with huge swings ⛵

A fleet of 18 boats competed across the combined series, making for some close racing on the water. It was also great to see a full house at presentations, with crews from 11 CYCSA boats coming together after racing. For results: https://tinyurl.com/37hx6zhw

A Full House! A brilliant Boating Conversations to welcome home and congratulate Dan Turner on Friday night. A busy dinner service, followed by even more members and guests for Dan's presentation. Detailing each stage of his round the world race in his home-built 19-foot yacht. A link-up with Don McIntyre in the UK, the race organiser, a rum toast to Dan's success, prizes kindly provided by Porsche and surprise visitors kept the large audience captivated.

Thanks to CYCSA staff who provided great service to all on this particularly busy night. A big thank you to Dan Turner and his campaign manager and wife Nikki, along with all involved for putting together another fantastic evening at the Club 👏 Dan Turner Adventure
