Name: Carlie Angel | Roles: Dancer, performer, swing/understudy | Bio: An early career began in nappies, shaking her freshly talc-ed toosh using the radio as support. In her career as a contemporary dancer Carlie has worked with Australian Dance Theatre, TasDance and a variety of diverse independent Choreographers, performing around Australia and overseas. Carlies diversity was further revealed when she was asked to perform in Pole Cats by Cathy Adamek: combing pole dance, contemporary dance and acrobatics. She currently works as assistant director for Alison Currie and Dancers as well as teaching, creating her own choreographic works, performing and facilitating.
