That’s a wrap for 2022, Merry Christmas to all, I hope you manage to spend some quality time with loved ones.
Remember it’s not the damage you do between Christmas and New Year that’s the worry it’s the habits between New Year and Christmas that counts.

Took Nick on a hike today, a new experience for him. He loved it. Morialta Second Falls loop walk was just beautiful today.

Glad to announce that we’re back open tomorrow.
We’ll be adhering to new Covid guidelines. Luckily we’ve got lots of space.
It’ll be great to get back,
Small group PT at 6am,
One on one PT 7.00, 7.30, 8.30,
Seniors Balance and Strength class 9.30,
One on one 10.30 and 11.30.
Time to get moving and lifting for you’re overall health.

Unfortunately due to the new Covid restrictions no indoor sessions at Prospect Oval from midnight tonight.
Fingers crossed this is only a few days. Will update when there is any changes.
Remember we can still exercise outside, go for a walk, run, hike. Put on a podcast and away you go.

Tuesday’s Exercise of the day-
The Drinking Bird.
Balance on one leg with knee slightly bent, hinge from the hip, the aim is to maintain a neutral spine and to make a straight line from your hands to your feet and to end up horizontal.
Try to complete 8 one side without grounding the foot to test your balance.
Great warm up exercise for the hips, glutes and hamstrings.
An exercise I use with all of my clients.
