Multiple locations across Adelaide!

Inclusive Swim is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and passionate qualified Swim Teachers to join our growing team!

We deliver individualised 1:1 water safety sessions for children, young people and adults living with disability or additional support needs.

We're looking for instructors who understand that every participant learns differently and are willing to adapt their teaching to suit each individual's abilities, confidence and goals.

Must have:
Current Swim Teacher qualification
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Current CPR certification
Pool lifeguard qualification for our Gilles Plains location desirable but not essential.
Reliable, patient and adaptable approach
A genuine passion for inclusive water safety education

💙 EXCITING NEWS – Expressions of interest open now for INCLUSIVE SWIM at WATERWORLD! 💙
We're excited to announce that Inclusive Swim is looking to expand to Waterworld Aquatic Centre, Ridgehaven!
Our specialised 1:1 water safety sessions are designed for children, young people and adults living with disability or additional support needs.
We understand that everyone learns differently, which is why our sessions are tailored to each participant's individual abilities, confidence, communication style and goals.
💧 Location: Waterworld Aquatic Centre, Ridgehaven SA
📅 Day: Tuesdays (during school terms during the summer season)
⏰ Time: 4:00pm – 6:30pm
📆 Start Date: To be confirmed
💙 Sessions: Weekly 1:1 water safety lessons

Active in the Water – Mount Gambier -
Inclusive Swim is pleased to be offering Active in the Water, a 10-week aquatic wellbeing program for adults living with chronic pain in Mount Gambier and surrounding areas.

The program is about getting moving in the water in a way that feels comfortable and achievable. Sessions will include gentle aquatic exercise focusing on movement, balance, strength and flexibility, with activities able to be adjusted to suit each participant.

After each 60-minute water session, participants will have 30 minutes to stay for a cuppa, have a chat and connect with others.

When: Every Monday Date to be confirmed , Expected start date Late October/Early November
Where: Swim Safe Academy, 1 Keegan Street, Mount Gambier
Session 1: 12:00pm–1:30pm
Session 2: Subject to session 1 booking out.

There is no registration fee for the 10-week program. Participants will only need to pay the usual pool entry fee directly to Swim Safe Academy when attending.

You don’t need to be a confident swimmer to take part, as activities will be completed in shallow water and can be adapted where needed.

Spaces are limited.

Active in the Water is delivered by Inclusive Swim in collaboration with Skylight Mental Health, with funding through the South Australian Department of Human Services Community Connections Program and support from SwimSafe Academy - Mount Gambier

💙 QUALIFIED SWIM TEACHERS — WE NEED YOU! 🏊‍♀️
Looking for a teaching role where you can slow things down, work 1:1, and make a genuine difference in a swimmer’s confidence and safety in the water?

Inclusive Swim is growing, and we’re looking for qualified Swim Teachers to join our team at Gilles Plains or Brighton.

Our sessions are different from traditional group swimming lessons. You’ll work one-on-one with swimmers of varying abilities and support needs, adapting each lesson to the individual and celebrating progress at their pace.
