2027 SENIOR MEN’S A GRADE COACH

Christies Beach Football Club is seeking expressions of interest for the position of Senior Men’s A Grade Coach for the 2027 season.

We are looking for a driven and experienced football person who can provide strong leadership, establish high standards and play an important role in the continued development and direction of our senior football program.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to lead a playing group, build something meaningful and help shape the next chapter of our club.

🔴⚪️⚫️ LEGEND OF THE TONGS - JUSTIN CAUGHT ⚫️⚪️🔴

As many of you would know, Justin is behind the BBQ tongs at the club every Saturday and Sunday throughout the footy season, volunteering his time simply because he loves the club and loves being involved.

His fantastic work on the tongs has now paid off, with Justin taking out the Bunnings BBQ Tongs Challenge and putting himself in the running for the chance to win AFL Grand Final tickets!

Justin gives up a huge amount of his own time every weekend to help make our game days happen, and this is a great opportunity for us as a club to return the favour.

We’d love to see all of our members, players, families and supporters get behind him and cast a vote for Justin.

The Christies Beach Football Club regretfully advises that Brian Haraida has informed the Club that, unfortunately, due to increasing work commitments, he is unable to continue in his role as Senior Coach.

Brian took on the role at a challenging time and has played an important part in the progression of our senior football program. Over his three seasons, he has helped lift the A-Grade from the wooden spoon to competing in, and challenging for, finals football, reflecting the work, commitment and standards he has brought to the group.

The Board, Players, Members and Supporters of the Christies Beach Football Club sincerely thank Brian for the enormous time, energy and effort he has invested in our club and wish him all the very best for whatever comes next.

🔴⚪️⚫️ FINALS PREP FOR OUR I LEAGUE BOYS! ⚫️⚪️🔴

Our Inclusive League boys hit the track yesterday for an internal match as they prepare for their upcoming finals campaign!

It was a great opportunity for the boys to get some valuable game time in, sharpen up their skills and enjoy a bit of friendly competition before finals footy gets underway.

Now the focus turns to finals — we can’t wait to see the boys out there representing the red, white and black!
