Vicky is going to be running Wednesday morning sessions at 9am at Brighton. She is an Exercise Scientist and has been running Mums n Bubs Fitness sessions for 5 years

She is a Mum herself and is very passionate about helping ladies reach their goals. She runs fun, energising sessions ranging from boxing to strength and cardio circuits. All in the safe space overlooking the Bowling Greens at Brighton Bowling Club.

After over 14 exciting and rewarding years in the fitness industry, it is with mixed emotions that I officially announce my break from my work as a Personal Trainer. ⁣
⁣
I wanted to say a big thank you to the many clients that I have trained over the years, you all know who you are. Thank you for giving me a chance to work with you, as well as the support you gave me during my work, your assistance which has helped me achieve several endeavours. I have enjoyed training you immensely and I wouldn’t be where I am today with out you.⁣
⁣
Even though I am taking a year rest, I will miss everything that my PT work has given me, I will look back at this time with fond memories and great appreciation. ⁣
