At YFC we ensure our young people work on all aspects of their fitness. We ensure that every young person is given the support and time they need to develop strength so that exercise and fitness has a very strong and positive association, regressing and progressing exercises as required.
Each session addresses basic human movement patterns, balance, coordination, agility, power, strength and cardiovascular fitness. We do this using a variety of novel and fun ways that stimulates each child's curiosity about the ways that their body moves and can be strong for them.

At YFC we are passionate about young people developing a healthy relationship with exercise. We meet each person wherever they are, whatever their level or experience with fitness, ensuring that they are supported and encouraged as they move better, with more strength and agility.
Term 2 classes start on Tuesday 28th April / Saturday 2nd May. Kids sessions for 5-11/12 year olds are on Tuesdays at 4pm (45 min) and Saturdays at 10:30am (1 hour). Teens sessions for 12/13-17 year olds are Tuesdays at 4:45pm and Saturdays at 11:30m. Both sessions are an hour.
