SACRED EMBODIMENT RETREATS 2027
Two invitations to return to your body, reconnect with your inner space and remember your True Self within.
Our body is so much more than our physical form. It is the sacred temple that holds our experiences, our heart-mind, our energy and the light of our True Self.
Through movement, breath, sound, stillness and conscious awareness, we are invited to return to this inner space, to tend to and honour our body as the vessel through which our Divine Essence can be remembered, embraced and lived.
I am delighted to share two opportunities to explore Sacred Embodiment in 2027.

SACRED EMBODIMENT RETREAT – EMBODIED SELF
15–21 August 2027
Naya Retreat Resort, Ubud, Bali
A 6-Day Immersive Journey into Sacred Embodiment
Return to your body. Purify the inner temple. Remember, embrace and embody the Divine Self within.
Over six nurturing days, we journey through Yoga, breathwork, meditation, purification practices, embodied teachings, sacred sound, Golden Dragon Code journeys, ceremony and reflection.
Surrounded by the lush tropical beauty of Bali, we create space to tend to our inner temple of body, heart-mind and energy, allowing the light of the Self to be more fully remembered, anchored and expressed through our human form.
Accommodation, nourishing vegetarian meals and retreat activities are included.
Two different experiences, sharing one intention — to return home to ourselves, our energetic blueprint, fully embodied in our everyday lives.
