Thanks to everyone that could make it yesterday to my client appreciation gathering! It was lovely to get everyone together & enjoy a glass of bubbles & share some funny stories. Scooby was a bit freaked out to see all the clients at my place together! Thanks to for the yummy baked cheesecake it delicious 😋 & thanks to Mia for the yummy cookies! 💕

Meet Margaret 💕 She is fit, strong & determined. I train her 2 x week mixture of balance /core & weight training. Margaret also participates in the local park run every Saturday morning! Every day she moves her body…she’s also a cooking machine ! 😀She needs to be fit & healthy to keep up with her 2 grandkids! He husband Brian & daughter Claire are also very active & love there F45 sessions with me. I’m luck to be surrounded by like minded individuals 😘 ❤️

James started training with me about 1 year ago … sitting at a desk all day took a toll on his body, feeling stiff & unfit. We have worked together with the encouragement of his wife Michelle & now working slowly each week he is so much stronger, better core strength & fitter. He has prioritised his health. I’m feeling very happy & excited to keeping him motivated to keep going! Ps his coordination has improved immensely throughout his journey with Fit n Fabulous. 💙

Happy 21st Birthday Riley! Riley has been training with me since he was 15! His family encouraged him to train with them & he was hooked immediately… getting fitter & stronger at every session .… he does still train along side his dad but Dave is easily distracted in good conversation at times 😂 he’s an absolute pleasure to PT 🙌🏽

David & Andrea absolute legends! Dedicated clients that love our sessions together one FaceTime & one one on one in the studio .. living far away doesn’t stop them coming to me.… Power Couple! 🙌🏽

Lovely Carissa is prioritising her self to get her fitness back after having beautiful baby Asha… due to go back to work soon being a teacher needs to make sure her body & mind is ready for the pressures of mum life/work life! I’m so excited to help her achieve her goal! 💕💕
