As instructors, we notice everything - the confidence growing each week, the members pushing themselves a little further, the people who almost cancelled but showed up anyway.
We notice the stronger control, the better endurance, the familiar faces becoming regulars and the friendships forming between classes.
And yes… we also notice everyone silently suffering through pulses pretending they’re completely fine 😭
The best part has been watching consistency turn into confidence.

Better Diaries | Episode 027 - trialling the new block 🏋🏽♂️
Every new block starts the same way.
Mick and I get in before anyone else, run through the classes, and figure out what works - and what doesn’t.
Our coming Thursday SWEAT session? Great workout. One problem. We finished with 6 minutes still on the clock. 😅
So back to the drawing board - tweaked the layout, added in some extra movements, and ran it again until it felt right.
That’s the part nobody sees. The testing, the adjusting, the “actually let’s change that” conversations that happen before the workouts are rolled out for members. ✨
New block kicks off this Monday. We can’t wait to see you in it.
